After over 30 years of experience, Melissa Alt has sold hundreds of homes from the beaches of Santa Monica to the Hollywood Hills, successfully representing buyers and sellers. Her extensive knowledge of Westside neighborhoods and market trends provides her clients with a comprehensive analysis of their housing options, whether they are moving across country or across town, ensuring they make the right decision.

Prior to entering real estate, Melissa had a variety of professions ranging from teaching English in Guatemala, to owning an import company and a restaurant. BETSY SMITH

Having spent a decade in film development, Betsy Smith became known for her ability to find the right talent for the right project. She now applies these matchmaking skills to real estate, guiding her clients through Los Angeles’s fast-paced market place to find their perfect property. Tapped by Melissa Alt, a founding partner of Teles Properties and top producer throughout her career, Betsy turned her artistic eye toward real estate. Together they make a formidable team characterized by commitment, enthusiasm, and professional skill. Arriving in Los Angeles after college, Betsy’s interest in architecture continued to grow through exploring the diverse neighborhoods characterizing LA. Throughout her career in film, Betsy worked on a wide variety of projects ranging from big budget studio franchises to low budget indie films. During this time, she honed her negotiation skills, as well as developing a deep understanding for the importance of collaboration and listening to her clients.
